Per her wishes, the body will be cremated and there will be a private interment of the ashes at a later date. Arrangements are in the charge of Cox and Son Funeral Home, Shawneetown.

She is survived by her companion, Calvin Quertermous; and a daughter, Misty Dawn Alvey.
