Donna Kay Snyder

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Donna Kay Snyder, 67, of 109 N. Baltimore St., Ridgway, passed away at 10:10 a.m. on Friday, March 26, 2010, at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

She was born on Oct. 2, 1942, in Elkhart, Ind., to Clyde Robert and Virginia Nadine (Mann) Hankins. Donna married Benjamin David Snyder Sr. on Feb. 10, 1968. He preceded her in death on May 10, 1997.

Donna worked as a secretary and also as a clerk at the Easy Stop in Ridgway. She was a member of the Ridgway American Legion Auxiliary.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Alice Snyder of Ridgway; her sister, Linda Fromm of Sparta; grandson, Allan Lee Edwards, also of Ridgway; three nieces, Tammy Donjon of Prairie Du Rocher, Tina Onan of Kentucky and Janet Hankins of Metropolis; and two nephews, Tom Swearengin of Millstadt and Danny Hankins of Metropolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, Richard Allen Hankins.

Visitation for Donna will be from 4 p.m. to service time at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2010. Memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Jason Farmer officiating.
