Joe B. Dulaney
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Joe B. Dulaney, 64, of 490 Mill St., New Haven, passed away at 10:57 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
He was the owner and operator of Maxi-Flow Systems. Joe was born on Feb. 9, 1945 in McLeansboro, to William "Cotton" and Maggie Ellen (Burke) Dulaney. He married Marcia Sowels on April 18, 1969.
He was a member of Polk Masonic Lodge of McLeansboro and was a 32nd Degree Mason.
Joe is survived by his wife, Marcia Dulaney of New Haven; one son, Sean Dulaney of New Haven; his sister, Anna Dulaney of McLeansboro; and a brother, Bill Fullerton of Indianola, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Mary Sue Crowley.
Visitation for Joe will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, with Masonic service at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in New Haven. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, with the Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Cremation will follow, with a private burial at Union Ridge Cemetery near New Haven at a later date. Vickery Funeral Chapel of Ridgway in charge of arrangements.
