Catherine Cubley

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Catherine Cubley, 60, Harrisburg, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, at Saline Care Center.

Catherine was born on April 22, 1949, to the late Grady and Cleta (Clark) Hodge in Salem, Ky.

Catherine was a member of the Mighty Harvest Church of Shawneetown. She was an ordained minister.

Catherine is survived by one son, Robert Cubley of Dahlgren; one granddaughter, Maddlyn Cubley; two brothers, Charles Hodge and wife Colleen of St. Louis, Mo., and Larry Hodge of Salem, Ky.; sister, Carol Jackson of Salem, Ky.; significant other, John Dixon of Harrisburg; friend, Teresa Fletcher of Marion, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son in infancy, William Cubley Jr.; and two brothers, Billy Hodge and Keith Hodge.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at the community room at Blackman Highrise. The Rev. Bob Powell will officiate. Condolences may be sent to the family through the obituary page at the Internet site www.reedfuneralchapel.com.
