Delma 'Kitty' Drumm
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Delma "Kitty" Drumm, 74, of 27 Lynn Drive, Grant Park, died 1:44 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at South Suburban Hospital in Hazelcrest following a courageous battle with cancer.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Wesley Harker officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Equality. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2009, at the funeral home.
She was born on Aug. 9, 1934, in Equality to the late Lawrence and Murley (Sonheaver) Carnett. On June 20, 1953, she was united in marriage in Harrisburg to Leo Drumm, who survives.
Delma was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping, cooking, garage sales and spending time with her family, especially at Christmas time.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Debbie (Mike "Grizz") Nussbaum of Carrier Mills and Jim Drumm of Manhattan; two grandchildren, Tyler Drumm and Tory Shields; two sisters, Jeri Delucia and Ilene Lear; a brother, Cecil Carnett; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Patton and Haleen Carnett; and five brothers, Bob Carnett, Bill Carnett, Red Carnett, Nolan Carnett and T.L. Carnett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name for the Advocate South Suburban Hospice and may be left at the funeral home.
