Allen Keith

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Allen Keith, 46, of Harrisburg, passed away at 1:12 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

He was born in Harrisburg on March 7, 1963, to John Ed and Ethel Carr Keith.

Allen loved his family and spent all his time caring for his mother, Ethel.

He will be missed by two brothers, John Ed and wife Rebecca Keith of McLeansboro and William "Bill" and wife Sue Keith of Carrier Mills; three sisters, Caroline Sue and husband Fred Feazel of McLeansboro, Shirley Ann Cox of Dallas, Texas and Janet and Gil Griffin of Eldorado; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

He will be sadly missed by Hondo, Pugsley and Piglet.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, David Lee Keith; and a brother-in-law, Cecil Cox.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2009, at J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg with the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Harrisburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009, at the funeral home. J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg is in charge of the arrangements.
