</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[William O. Hook, 61, Harrisburg, formerly of Nebo, Ky., died Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Harrisburg.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville, Ky., with Bro. Ralph Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home.

He is survived by two daughters, a son-in-law, two sisters, two brothers, a grandson, a granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
