</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ruth P. Conner, 97, of McLeansboro, died 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at McLeansboro Health Care and Rehab Center.

Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at Rose Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Springfield. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

She was the widow of Jesse Lyle Conner. She is survived by a son, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
