</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Roy E. Schuster, 76, of rural Route 2, McLeansboro, died 7:50 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, 2009, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.

Services were held 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery with graveside military rites by McLeansboro American Legion Post No. 106. Visitation was 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, the former Donna Jean Allen; a son; a daughter-in-law; a daughter; a son-in-law; four grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters.
