</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Glen Cowsert, 60, of 1001 N. Jefferson St., Eldorado, died 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at Fountainview Nursing Home.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, 2009, at J.M. Weirauch Nursing Home in Harrisburg with the Rev. Warren Lukens officiating. Visitation is noon to service time Friday at the funeral home.

He was born Feb. 14, 1948, in Harrisburg to the late Ulys and Geneva (Bynum) Cowsert.

He is survived by a stepbrother, Jeff Cowsert of Harrisburg; three stepsisters, Margie Shoulta of Paducah, Ky., Ruby Kovacich and Thelma Lynn, both of Hammond, Ind.; and his caregiver of over 37 years, Betty Jones of Eldorado.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha Cowsert; and a stepsister, Vivian Edison.
