Mark Ward (on left) of York, N.Y., talks on his cell phone. He was the driver of the "Tractor Supply Company" truck, seen behind him on the left. His truck and another semi truck were involved in a collision on the corner of Routes 5 and 20 on 3/10/08 in Bloomfield. The other truck had the name "Harry A. Paxson Trucking Inc." on the side door (based out of Galeton, Pa).
