Photo: Meet Mr. Porcupine

Presenter Jeff Musial holds up Wendell, a North American Porcupine (about 5 months old) for the audience to see. On 2/27/08 at Dake Junior High School in Irondequoit, N.Y., the crowd was treated to an animal presentation given by Nickel City Reptiles & Exotics, based out of Buffalo, N.Y. This show featured wild mammals, reptiles and birds from points all over the world and this event was sponsored by the Helmer Nature Center and the NYS Outdoor Education Association.
