COMMENTS: The testers took home the Kung Pao Chicken to prepare in their home kitchens. They found it simple to prepare and convenient. One tester deemed the taste "artificial" and "horrible," but the other two said it had a pleasant, but slightly too hot, flavor. "It was spicy without adding the red peppers." "I added sliced water chestnuts for crunch." "The rice cooked up nicely, although I added extra water."
