Trick-or-treat for UNICEF, Quinn says
<p class="BODY" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Imperial">Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn on Wednesday asked Illinois trick-or-treaters to carry an orange collection box for UNICEF while they're on their annual search for Halloween goodies.</font>

<p class="BODY" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Imperial">Last year, UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, took in $4.5 million to help needy children from around the world.</font>

<p class="BODY" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Imperial">To raise money for the fund, which was begun in 1950, children can host fundraisers, collect at church services or simply carry the orange boxes on Halloween night.</font>

<p class="BODY" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Imperial">The boxes can be ordered through www.unicefusa.org/trickortreat. That Web site also will provide directions on how to return the money collected to UNICEF.</font>
