Obituary: Linda Joyce Young

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Linda Joyce Young, 61, of Eldorado, passed away Monday, April 16, 2012, at Deaconess Hospital Evansville, Ind.

She was born March 23, 1951, in Harrisburg to Jack and Laverne Stilley Mitchell. She married Roger Young on Jan. 8, 1972.

She was a registered nurse at Ferrell Hospital.

She is survived by her mother, Laverne Mitchell of Raleigh; a daughter, Casey "K.C." Carlile of Eldorado; a son, Colt Young of Eldorado; two brothers, James (Cindy) Mitchell of Raleigh and Phillip (Donieta) Mitchell of Raleigh; a sister, Diane (Jim) Ross of Galatia; and five grandchildren, Connor, Wyatt, Josie Carlile, and Curtis and Mitchell Young.

She was preceded in death by her father; and one grandchild, Molly Young.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Jeff Rush officiating, burial in Raleigh Masonic Cemetery in Raleigh. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Watson Funeral Home.
