Having a nice fall: Ode to a pumpkin drop

'Twas the day before Sunday, when all through the town,

Visitors traveled 'off Grove Street' to watch some big pumpkins - fall down.

The pumpkins were stuffed, filled with candy and care,

As they were heaved up by crane, the crowd gazed up and stared.
