It wasn't quite Tony Soprano in bath robe and slippers retrieving the morning paper, and Purdue head coach Joe Tiller wasn't ready to knock off his neighbor. She's a sweet lady, really. But Tiller wanted her to knock it off: Silence her perhaps.
Tiller's neighbor was making her morning stroll to get the newspaper when she spotted West Lafayette's leader. Tiller, ready for a long day of film study with fourth-ranked Ohio State playing the lead role, just wanted to get to work.
