LOADED DIAPER. Ottawa police arrest two on cocaine possession after being pulled over by police following surveillance at their residence. The van, which contained two young children and three adults, failed to stop at stop signs twice. When pulled over, a search of the van uncovered a diaper beneath a child's car seat. Inside the diaper was 87.3 grams of cocaine worth about $2,000. PEORIA /
