Driver jumps from burning truck seconds before it explodes

The driver of a dump truck narrowly escaped with his life seconds before the vehicle exploded Tuesday morning.

The unidentified driver was taken to the hospital with first-degree burns over 20- to 30-percent of his body, according to Mid-County Fire Protection District Capt. Jim Wilson.
