Benedict lives life ‘without reservations'

In the six years since he moved back to East Lyme from Boston, Jeff Benedict has written four books, made an unsuccessful run for Congress, co-founded the Connecticut Alliance Against Casino Expansion, led the effort to repeal the Las Vegas Nights law and saw the two youngest of his four children born.

"It's been six very fulfilling years," he said in an interview last week at home. "I have no regrets."
