Once was not enough: Suspect piles up charges trying to not be arrested

Apparently one resisting arrest charge wasn't quite enough to persuade a man stopped near Backwater Jack's at the 18-mile marker to follow the rules.

In his attempts to avoid being arrested by the Missouri Water Patrol, the man jumped overboard twice after getting Maced.
