Around the MLB: August trades add intrigue

Fans enjoy a good trade debate almost as much as a good ballpark hot dog.

The passing of the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline usually spurs at least a week's worth of discussion over deals that were made or not made. That doesn't mean August is without intrigue, however.
