</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Harry L. Pankey, 86, Thompsonville, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008 at Marion.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008 at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia. The Rev. Russ Pankey and the Rev. Robert D. Pankey will officiate. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Sunday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, the former June Summers; two sons; one daughter; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
