Emma A. Westbrook

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Emma A. Westbrook, 97, of Equality, died 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008, at Ferrell Hospital, Eldorado.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at Equality United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Allison officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Eldorado. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Saturday at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Earl Jones Funeral Home, Equality.

She was born March 26, 1911, in Saline County to Virgil and Della (Overton) Wettaw. She married Marshall Westbrook, who preceded her in death.

She attended Equality United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Virginia Aud of Equality; two grandsons, Scott (Debbie) Aud of Harrisburg and David (Treva) Aud of Equality; two great-grandsons, Justin Aud of Harrisburg and Bryant Aud of Equality; and a great-granddaughter, Brooke Aud of Equality.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, J.T. Aud; a grandson, Stuart Aud; and two sisters, Pauline Hausser and Lorene Creek.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Equality United Methodist Church.
