Dorothy L. Comstock

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mrs. Dorothy L. Comstock, 79, of Eldorado, passed away at 1 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville, Ind.

She was the widow of Gene Comstock.

Dorothy was born in Eldorado on Feb. 8, 1929, the daughter of the late John Edward and Dorothy Lou (Brown) Quisenberry.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Eldorado.

She worked as a teller at Legence Bank (First State Bank) of Eldorado for 62 years.

She was in the Berean Sunday School class and also served as treasurer.

Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Beth (Keith) Griffin of Eldorado.

She is also survived by grandchildren, Andrea Nichole (Jason) Mulvey of Eldorado and Jacob Keith Gene Griffin of Eldorado.

Dorothy is also survived by two sisters, Betty Greer of Eldorado and Linda (Bob) Graddy of Eldorado; and two brothers, Richard (Janet) Quisenberry of Raleigh and Stephen (Beverly) Quisenberry of Arizona.

Funeral services will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, with the Rev. Dennis Robison officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Cemetery in Eldorado.

Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, at the funeral home.
