</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mandy Ruth Kingston, 84, of 224 Illinois Ave., Shawneetown, died 1:17 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Arrangements are pending at Vickery Funeral Chapel, Shawneetown.

She is survived by a sister, niece, daughter and two grandchildren.
