</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Cheyanne Elizabeth Hicks, 3 months and 21 days, of Harrisburg, passed away at 1:40 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Cheyanne was born on April 11, 2008, in Henderson, Ky., to Jessica Mezo and Dennis Hicks Jr. of Harrisburg.

Surviving family members include parents, Jessica Mezo and Dennis Hicks Jr.; paternal grandparents, Dennis and Christine Hicks Sr. of Harrisburg; maternal grandmother, Pamela Mezo of Henderson, Ky.; maternal grandfather, James Mezo of Smithton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3, 2008, at Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate; burial will follow in Sunset Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3, 2008, at Dorrisville Baptist Church.
