Virginia I. Austin, 85, Wayne City, died 1:38 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield.

Funeral services are 1 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2014, at the Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Monday.

She was the widow of Eldon Austin. She is survived by a son and two grandchildren.
