Betty Sinks

<span>ELDORADO -- Betty Maye Sinks, 89, passed away Dec. 27, 2016, in Eldorado.</span>

<span>She was born Dec. 29, 1926, in Belle Rive to Oliver Ross and Nellie (Smith) Holmes.</span>

<span>She was a homemaker.</span>

<span>Survivors include three sons, Terry L Sinks of Kansas City, Missouri, Roger D. Sinks of Eldorado and Timothy M. Sinks of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren, Shana Jennings, Alisha Gravitt, Travis Sinks, Brian Sinks, Rachel Salgado and Timmy Sinks; 10 great-grandchildren; and sister, Helen (Holmes) Perry.</span>

<span>She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Kenneth Holmes and Frank Holmes; and two sisters, Dorothy (Holmes) Williams and Wilma (Holmes) Watkins.</span>

<span>As per her wishes, she was cremated. Burial of cremains will be at a later date. </span>

<span>Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado is in charge of arrangements.</span>
