Du Quoin & Marshall Browning set up warming center

As soon as Du Quoin Mayor Rex Duncan broached the subject of setting up a three-day warming center at city hall in advance of today's bitter cold, Marshall Browning Hospital's Pam Logan, the nursing staff and housekeeping department jumped on the idea. On Tuesday afternoon they pulled up to city hall with 20 cots for any family that wants to stay at city hall through the extreme cold snap.
