Derrek Ross Welch, 23, McLeansboro, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Funeral services are 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at First General Baptist Church in McLeansboro. Visitation is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Harre Funeral Home of McLeansboro.
