Hardin Jail escapee surrenders in Carrier Mills

The Carrier Mills Police accepted the surrender of a Hardin County Jail escapee at about 1 p.m. Saturday Oct.18.

Robert Hardy Rush, 32, ran from the Haridin County Jail Friday morning, Sheriff Keith Brown said, whose department assisted in the incident.

Evidently through with his furlough, Rush surrendered in front of the Carrier Mills Police Department and was re-arrested.
