OBITUARY: Dr. Mona G. Kaegi

Dr. Mona G. Kaegi, 79 of Cave-In-Rock, died Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2014, at her home in Cave-In-Rock.

She was a retired teacher with the Hardin County School System, member of Potters Church and also attended Cave-In-Rock Christian Church and First Baptist Church of Cave-in-Rock.

Surviving are her sons, Doug (Judy) Kaegi of Cave-In-Rock and Dennis (Joan) Kaegi of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Robin (Dean) Henderson of Fort Worth, Texas, Loni Jo (Bradley) Banks of Karbers Ridge and Jason (Allyson) Kaegi of Crown Point, Ind.; great grandchildren, Macie and Emily Henderson, Calen and Raegan Banks and Kyle and Reid Kaegi.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Kaegi; and parents, Bob and Alma Garland.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at Cave Hill Cemetery. The family received visitors from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Potters Church in Cave-In-Rock. Arrangements are in the charge of Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home of Cave-In-Rock.
