Susan Ruth Dunlap, 43, McLeansboro died 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at her home in McLeansboro.

Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro. Visitation is 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home until time of funeral.

She is survived by her husband Teddy J. Dunlap, one son, one daughter, her father and one sister.
