Exclusive Mentalist First Look: Rigsby and Van Pelt Get Their Happy Ending

Wedding bells are in the air for Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) and Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) on Season 6 of The Mentalist .

On the upcoming season's third episode, airing Oct. 13, the CBI team goes to Napa to investigate the murder of a visitor who's in town to attend a wedding. Though the ceremony is called off in the wake of the crime, conversations with the bride inspire Van Pelt and Rigsby to take their own leap of faith.

TVGuide.com has your exclusive first look at the bride and groom below. It's been widely reported that Yeoman and Righetti will be leaving the show this season. Although CBS has not confirmed the couple's exit, creator Bruno Heller has called the pair's upcoming nuptials their happy ending.

"I don't think I'm giving away too much to say that by the time [the Red John story line ends], they are husband and wife," Heller told TVGuide.com recently. "I don't know your views on marriage, but [it's] most people's happy ending."

The Mentalist Season 6 premiere airs Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c on CBS. Are you looking forward to seeing Rigsby and Van Pelt walk down the aisle?
