Barbara Reynolds

Barbara Reynolds, age 87, of Harrisburg, passed away at 7:09 AM, Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Barbara was born on April 7, 1929 in Harrisburg to the late Clifford "Doc" Reynolds and Elizabeth (Barker) Aldridge. Barbara retired from the Department of Public Aide office in Harrisburg. She attended Dorrisville Baptist Church.

She leaves behind many beloved cousins: Shirley (Barker) Young, Beth (Greg) Stone, Christopher (Christina) Stone, Shawn (Alicia) Stone and their children Aiden and Asher all of Greenville and St. Louis area. Tammy (Dave) Dreer, Brandi (Kyle) Chapin and their son Chace of Pennsylvania, Grady Owen of Eldorado, Cathy (Scott) Leo, Jordan (Emillee) Aloffo all of Harrisburg; special friend: Wilma Grable of Harrisburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Bill Aldridge, long time friend, Carl Ewell and cousins, James "Buddy" Barker and John Young.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation was held from 5 to 7 PM, Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Reed Funeral Chapel.
