Floyd E. Barnes

Floyd E. Barnes, 65 of Harrisburg, passed away 9:10 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

He was born in Harrisburg December 12, 1950 to Floyd J. Barnes and Vidas Brannam. He was a member of Sloand St. General Baptist Church.

Surviving are his mother, Vidas Brannam of Harrisburg, 2 brothers Ronald Dean Barnes of N.C. and Larry Wayne Barnes of Myrtle Beach, S.C. 2 sisters Gwendolyn Mickler of Lake Helen, FL and Sheila & Wade Waller of Ft. Smith, AR and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother Gary Don Barnes.

The body has been cremated with no further services. The J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home of Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
