Linda F. Milligan 71 of Harrisburg passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at her residence. She was born December 12, 1944 in Pope County to Harley and India Raney Smock. She was married to David L Milligan Sr. who survives.

Also surviving is 1 son, Johnny McDonald of Harrisburg and 2 daughters, Belinda Bondman and Tina Herico both of Harrisburg along with 1 sister, Bonnie Stevens of Metropolis. 4 grandchildren survive, Savannah Rose Milligan, Jacob Oxford, Justenda Nelson and Austin Neel..

She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Victor McDonald and Forrest "Sug" McDonald, 5 brothers, Jack, Bill, Raymond, Valgene and Randall Smock and 1 sister Stevie Gail Robinson.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Harvest Deliverance Church in Harrisburg with the Rev. Ownly Williams officiating. Friends may call at the church after 11:00 AM Saturday. The J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
