Prep Volleyball: Eagles fall at home to CWC
The Eldorado volleyball team fell at home to Carmi-White County Tuesday night, losing 25-13 and 25-18.
In the game, Rachel Durham was 9-for-9 on sets and 2-for-2 on spikes and she finished 8-for-9 on serves with nine points, two aces and 10 digs.
Brooklynn Peavler was 4-for-4 on sets and 3-for-3 on spikes. She finished 8-for-8 on serves with eight points and eight digs.
Abby Steed turned in a 4-for-4 set performance and was 19-for-25 on spikes with six kills. The senior went 1-for-3 on serves with three points, four blocks and six digs.
Lexi Clore was 1-for-1 on sets and 1-for-2 on spikes. She finished 3-for-3 at the line with three points and 10 digs. Kaitlyn McGuire had one spike was one-for-one on serves with a point and seven digs, while Jordan Bailey went 6-for-6 on sets and 6-for-6 on spikes, finishing with one kill. She was 1-for-1 serving with one point and three digs.
Whitney McGuire was 2-for-3 on sets and 1-for-1 on spikes with a four-for-four mark at the line with three points and two digs, while Madison Newton was 1-for-1 on sets with a dig and Kaitlyn Etienne had seven digs.
Eldorado returns to action Monday at Vienna.
