Prep Golf: Eagle girls fall to CWC

The Eldorado girls' golf team suffered a 196-208 loss to Carmi-White County Wednesday at Saline County Country Club.

The Eagles were paced by a 49 from Keely Tate, while Kileah Lowery fired a 52 and Jacqlyn Artman wasn't too far behind with a 53. Derian Corn rounded out the four-person scoring with a 54.

Olivia Parker carded a 60 for Eldorado, while Ashlyn Sizemore finished with a 67.

It was the third match in as many days for Eldorado, but head coach Greg Goodley said he is starting to see improvements.

"It was a tough day (Wednesday), but they all have shown me that they are getting better. We have a good base now and from here, it's just getting back to practice to fix a few things."
