Michael Vartan Joins Bates Motel

Michael Vartan has signed on to Bates Motel for Season 2, TVLine reports. The Alias alum will play George, a recently-divorced man who takes a liking to Norma.

The A&E series has also added Hung 's Rebecca Creskoff and The Shield's Kenny Johnson in major roles, according to Deadline . Vartan's character, George, is the brother of a new character named Christine (Creskoff), a high society woman who befriends Norma (Vera Farmiga).

Johnson will play Caleb, Norma's estranged brother, Deadline reports.
