Arrests
Harrisburg Police arrested:
Ty Nelson Hill, 25, of New Burnside at 8 a.m. Thursday on a charge of of failure to appear. He was released to Johnson County.
Jessica Nicole Sylvester, 23, of Elizabethtown at 8:35 p.m. Thursday on charges of failure to appear, retail theft and possession of cannabis. She was released on $500 cash bond.
Michael Lee Lane, 27, of Harrisburg at 5:35 a.m. Friday on a charge of theft. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center on $1,000 cash bond.
Pope County Sheriff's Deputies arrested:
Kimberly Dawn Towns of Elizabethtown at 8:10 p.m. Friday on a charge of failure to appear. She was released on $2,500 cash bond.
Lucas Evan Shehorn, 27, of Paducah, Kentucky at 1:45 p.m. Sunday on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on $100 cash bond.
Saline County Sheriff's Deputies arrested:
Robert Shawn Jones, 47, of Herrin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday on charges of methamphetamine manufacturing, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center on $5,000 cash bond.
Shannon Rae Hinant, 43, of Harrisburg at 10:05 a.m. Saturday on charges of methamphetamine manufacturing, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She remained held at the Saline County Detention Center on $5,000 cash bond.
Eldorado Police arrested:
Joseph Donald Davis, 34, of Eldorado at 8:23 p.m. Sunday on charges of failure to appear and domestic battery. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center awaiting a judge to set bond.

Harrisburg Police ticketed:
Mason J.G. Dennis, 18, of Broughton at 11:05 a.m. Friday for theft. He was issued a notice to appear in court.
Logan W. Westbrook, 25, of Harrisburg at 4:28 p.m. Friday for theft. He was issued a notice to appear in court.
Kristine M. Bailey, 28, of Golconda at 1:55 p.m. Friday on Poplar St. at Sherman St. in Harrisburg for operating an uninsured vehicle. The officer received a report of a reckless driver and Bailey was pulled over for improper lane usage. She was issued a notice to appear in court.
Saline County Sheriff's Deputies ticketed:
Donald R. Boulds of Eldorado at 5 p.m. on May 20 for not making a child available for scheduled visitation. The complaining witness is Caitland M. Williams of Eldorado. Boulds was issued a notice to appear in court.
