Looks like Callie needs to start sending out résumés.
On Monday's The Glades (9/8c, A&E), Callie (Kiele Sanchez), who was temporarily fired earlier this season after telling off her curmudgeonly boss Dr. Hardy (Ed Asner), apologizes to the grumpy doc over the handling of a patient - only to be asked to return her keys to the office.

"You're firing me?" she asks.
"I'm not firing you. You're done. This was a six-week fellowship," Hardy says. "Callie, we're in different fields of medicine. There's nothing more I can teach you."
