Raising Hope Scoop: Martha Plimpton's Dad Keith Carradine to Guest-Star

Martha Plimpton's real-life father Keith Carradine will guest-star on an upcoming episode of Raising Hope , TVLine.com reports.

Carradine, whose TV credits include Deadwood, Damages and Dexter , will play a no-nonsense cowboy who owns the dude ranch that Virginia (Plimpton) and Burt (Garret Dillahunt) visit.

It sounds like a fun nod to Deadwood fans since Dillahunt's character actually killed Carradine's on the HBO drama.

Raising Hope returns Friday, Nov. 15 at 9/8c on Fox.
