Du Quoin 2nd annual fall festival is Oct. 4

The second annual Du Quoin Fall Festival is Oct. 4, 2014 in Keyes City Park. Chairman Dane Mason, who hosts the Summer Concert Series in Keyes City Park, said, "We will have music in the bandstand throughout the day, food vendors, a kids corner with pumpkin painting, face painting, games and more. There will also be numerous craft and other vendors set up from 9 to 5 to sell their goodies and a chili cook off at noon."

Last year the winner of the chili cook off left with bragging rights and a $100 cash price. If anyone is interested in sponsoring this event, being a vendor, volunteering or participating in the chili cook off, please contact Mason.
