Seen-on-Scene: One last ride

<span>101-year-old World War II veteran Earl Rapp had his wish granted for one more motorcycle ride on Sunday in Chester.</span>

<span>More than 175 motorcycles participated in the ride, which went from Casey's General Store on State Street,</span><span class="text_exposed_show"> across from Reids' Harvest House, to Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home to Randolph County Lake and to various locations around town.
