First-team selections are senior Nick Marlo (Sesser-Valier-Waltonville), senior Chase Rednour (Trico), junior Hunter Wheeler (Christopher), freshman Braden Webb (Goreville) and senior Ryan Myers (Trico).
Joining Schwartz on the second team are sophomore Kaeleb Pedigo (Christopher), senior Luke Thompson (SVW), senior Jake Chapman (Trico) and junior Josh Calloni (Christopher).

The Yellow Jackets saw their postseason run end with a 73-43 loss to Gibault Catholic in the semifinals of the Class 2A Chester Regional, but the team's season didn't end.
Weather-related cancellations at the end of the regular season resulted in a logjam at the top of the BDC standings.
Trico and S-V-W trailed West Division Christopher by one game when the regular season was cut short.
In a meeting of the BDC athletic directors last week at Zeigler-Royalton, it was decided that the Trico-Zeigler game would be made up, as well as the Chester-S-V-W contest - dependent on S-V-W's advancement in the Class 1A postseason.

Chester lost that contest, 63-52, to finish 17-12 for the season and 3-6 in the BDC. As a result, Trico and Christopher share the BDC West title.
