Eldorado council announces clean up days

Eldorado residents can dispose of trash by bringing it to the Eldorado City Street Barn Friday April 10 and April 11 as part of the annual spring cleaning drive in Eldorado.

No tires, batteries, roofing or construction materials will be allowed.

The council approved two road block requests, one on March 28 and made by the fifth grade at Eldorado Elementary. The other was July 25 and was made by the ICE All Stars.

Mayor Rocky James commended all departments of city government for staying within budget.

"We are working together to save taxpayer money and it is a good team effort," he said.
