</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Oscar Ward Tucker, 84, a resident of Heritage Wood Assisted Living, Mount Vernon, formerly of McLeansboro, died 2:05 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Marion.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, at First United Methodist Church in Dale with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial will be in Digby Hill Cemetery, Dale. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.
