</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Oatie Ruth Fleckenstein, 82, of Dahlgren, died 6:40 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, at her residence.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Dahlgren with Msgr. Joseph Lawler officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, at Gholson Funeral Home, Dahlgren.

She was the widow of Raymond W. Fleckenstein. She is survived by a nephew, several great-nieces and nephews and two special friends.
